MOSAID presents 2 papers at IEEE NVSMW, Aug 2007
The 22nd IEEE Nonvolatile Semiconductor Memory Workshop (NVSMW) was held in Monterey, California on August 26 to 30, 2007. MOSAID presented two papers:
"HyperLink NAND Flash Architecture for Mass Storage Applications", and "Low Stress Program and Single Wordline Erase Schemes for NAND Flash Memory".
